Welcome to Hold & Keep. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Hold & Keep offers personalized event souvenirs through the following service packages:

The Keepsake Drop-Off – Pre-stamped items using a guest list provided in advance. Includes a packaging for each item, and a special gift for couples or celebrant.

The Signature or Deluxe Experience – A live stamping booth staffed by 2–3 assistants. Includes an interactive guest experience and a styled station setup.
All services are subject to availability and require a completed quote request and confirmation of event details before booking is finalized.
2. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable HST.

Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued.

Final pricing may vary depending on selected products, quantities, add-on services, event location, and delivery method.

A quote is not considered a confirmed booking until the required deposit has been received and availability is confirmed.
3. Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining 70% balance is due 7 days before the event date.

Accepted payment methods include e-transfer or online payment as instructed in your quote or invoice.
4. Changes & Cancellations
-
Any changes to guest count, selected products, or service packages must be submitted in writing at least 60 days before the event.

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your individual contract.

Refund eligibility and terms will be stated clearly in the signed agreement for your specific booking.
5. Delivery & Setup

Pick-up of pre-stamped items is complimentary.

Shipping to individual guest addresses is available upon request. Shipping costs will be added to the final quote.

Hold & Keep is not liable for delivery delays due to incorrect address submissions or courier-related issues.
6. Booth Photography
-
We will take photos and short video clips of the event, including guests interacting at our booth. These materials may be used for our portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes to showcase our services.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, or if any of your guests have concerns, please let us know ahead of time so we can respect their privacy.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Hold & Keep is not responsible for:

Damage, loss, or theft of items after they have been delivered or picked up

Delays due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Injuries or allergic reactions related to handling or use of our products by guests
